Buildcorp’s dedicated maintenance division will keep your property in great shape, ensuring its appeal and value for years to come. From mowing and gardening to electrical, plumbing and painting – we have it covered.

Joel McLellan

Director

Joel has been in the property industry for 35 years as a working proprietor from construction/timber joinery, property development and now property management. His hands on experience in all aspects of the business are of immense value and perspective to any property investor.

Florence McLellan

Director

Flos role within the business over 35 years has diversified from accounts administrator to property manager to office manager.

Dani McLellan

Property Manager

After graduating from University, Dani has lived and worked in the UK, Australia as well as Auckland and has been a member of the Buildcorp team for 7 years. Her current portfolio consists of executive units, houses and apartments to rent mainly on the North Shore as well as the wider Auckland area.

James McLellan

Project Manager

James is the Manager of Buildcorp's dedicated property maintenance company. He has been with the company over 10 years, starting as a part-time employee while he was still in university. With his expertise in property maintenance, coupled with extensive skills and experience, he excels at leading and orchestrating a professional team to guarantee the timely and impeccable completion of all projects.

Sandy Wang

Property Manager

Sandy is a Property Manager. As a university graduate he joined Buildcorp over 10 years ago, spending his first 7 years in the Accounts team and after looking for his next challenge moved into our Property Management team. Sandys time is devoted to the Lucas Creek Apartment complex.

Jimmy Wang

Wi-Fi Operations Manager

Jimmy is a Property Manager and an Operations Manager of wifi services provided by Buildcorp. Jimmy has come to us with years of knowledge and experience. It is a pleasure having him work with us here at Buildcorp.

Jady Chen

Accounts Manager

Jady has been Accounts Manager for Buildcorp for 9 years and is responsible for all accounting services and supervision of accounts staff.

Janet Wen

Reception/Accounts Administration

Janet was working part-time with the company whilst completing her degree. She has now been working fulltime in her position as accounts administrator for 3 years and is responsible for tenants’ accounts queries.
