• Use your full legal name exactly as it appears on your photo ID.

• You must provide a copy of your NZ driver’s licence or NZ passport with your application.

• A credit check is required for all applicants.

• Please provide at least two references per adult — ideally recent landlords or your current employer/manager.

• Let your references know we will be contacting them.

If you have extra information to support your application, such as proof of income, please include it.
